Safety and Sanitation Procedures

Masked technician will wear gloves to prep your vehicle for operations.

Sanitizing solution used on rag to wipe down all areas touched by hands during operation – please make sure radio is off upon arrival along with heat/ac controls to avoid unnecessary touch.

prewash is needed to expose all damages to exterior and clean for repair.

steering wheel, shifter covers, seat covers, & floor mats

all parts removed are stored on carts for protection, open areas will be covered with plastic to avoid contamination.

vehicle is covered all times with different masking and plastics.

Body technicians keep hands covered when touching areas of use with latex gloves.

Production manger to sign off on all repairs and operations related to repairs.

Masked detailer will dust, and any polish compounds removed for delivery – any area touched will be wiped and sanitized.

Delivery of vehicle will be decided by customer to review damage in person and choice of coverings removed with gloves
